1.) original one (1) proof-of-purchase of any Langers juice AND original one (1) proof-of-purchase of "Felix the Cat Saves Christmas" video, OR original sales receipts, and
2.) a check or money order in the amount of $1.99, made payable to Langer Juice Company.

Group requests or mechanical reproductions of any item specified as requiring an original will not be honored/returned. Allow 8-12 weeks for delivery.
