1) original three (3) proofs of purchase (original UPCs or original sales receipts) of any Langers juices and
2) a check or money order in the amount of $4.49, made payable to Langer Juice Company.

Group requests or mechanical reproductions of any item specified as requiring an original will not be honored/returned. Allow 8-12 weeks for delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or postage due requests. Offer void where prohibited. All federal, state & local rules/regulations apply. Valid only in USA.
