The LANGERS “BRING IT ON: IN IT TO WIN” SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on 11/15/07 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on 3/31/08 for Internet entry (“Online Entry Period”) and on 3/31/08 for the postmarking of a mail-in entry. The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Langer Juice Company, 16195 Stephens Street, City of Industry, CA 91745 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

ELIGIBILITY: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS) THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF ENTRY DATE.

IF YOU ARE A MINOR IN YOUR LEGAL JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCY YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION TO ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Employees and their families of Sponsor, Universal Studios Home Entertainment LLC (“Universal”), West Coast Marketing, a division of The Susquehanna Hat Company
(“West Coast Marketing”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) and those living in the household of same are not eligible to enter or win. All U.S. Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations and where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules.

HOW TO ENTER ONLINE: Beginning at 12:00:01 am (PST) on 11/15/07 you may enter via the Internet by following the directions (providing your name, address, telephone number, age and e-mail address [if applicable]) given in THE LANGERS “BRING IT ON: IN IT TO WIN” SWEEPSTAKES entry section of the website at www.langers.com (the “Entry Site”). ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (PDT) ON 3/31/08.

HOW TO ENTER BY MAIL: On a postcard, handprint (no mechanical reproductions accepted) your name, address, daytime telephone number, age and e-mail address (if applicable). Mail your completed entry to LANGERS “BRING IT ON: IN IT TO WIN” SWEEPSTAKES, PO BOX 6041, Sherman Oaks, CA, 91413 (Mail-in Entry”). ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 3/31/08 AND RECEIVED BY 4/7/08.

ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY.

The Promotion Parties, prize suppliers, and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, retailers and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; inability to access the Entry Site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site (including the Entry Site) or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors; any mail which is late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing entry or entering information at the Entry Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete, and mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of the State of California, United States and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum. The information obtained via the entry will be used by Sponsor and its affiliates for marketing purposes. Sponsor and its affiliates would like to use this information to contact you either by mail or email with updates about special promotions or offers. If you prefer not to receive updates do not check the appropriate box online or indicate such preference on the postcard used for your entry submission. Any entry information collected from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules and with the Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at the Entry Site.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about 4/21/08 by West Coast Marketing, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are and shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by e-mail, certified mail and/or telephone by 4/28/08. Winner (or Winner’s parent or legal guardian if Winner is a minor in his or her legal jurisdiction of residency) will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, an IRS W-9 form and where legal, a Publicity Release form within ten (10) days of date of issuance. Winner’s travel companion is required to be of majority age in his or her legal jurisdiction of residency as of Winner notification or be the child or ward of the Winner. Winner’s travel companion (or Winner if the Winner’s travel companion is the child or ward of the Winner) will also be required to execute and return a Release of Liability form within this same ten (10) day deadline. If the Winner is a minor in her or her legal jurisdiction of residency, the Winner’s travel companion is required to be the Winner’s parent or legal guardian who executed all required documents on behalf of the Winner. Failure to return all required forms within this time period, or to comply with any other provision herein, may result in the applicable winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a subsequent random drawing. Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No substitution for the prize by the Winner will be allowed. If necessary, due to unavailability of the prize or parts thereof, for any reason, a prize of comparable value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

All Federal, state and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, biography, statements, and any other similar materials for marketing, promotional and publicity purposes without additional
compensation or any limitation.

PRIZE: (one [1] prize (“Prize”) will be awarded): The Prize shall consist of a 3 day/2 night trip for two (2) people to a United States production location (specific city (“Destination City”) and location to be determined by Sponsor and film producers) and a non-speaking, non-paid “walk-on role” (“walk-on role”) for the Grand Prize winner in a Universal Home Entertainment production selected by Universal (“Film”). The Prize includes round-trip [“R/T”] coach class airfare for two (2) persons (via an airline carrier selected by Sponsor) between the major US gateway city airport closest to winner's home and the US city where production of the Film is taking place during the specific production schedule necessary for the “walk-on role” portion of the Prize as determined by the Sponsor and/or Film producers (note: if the Winner lives within two hundred [200] miles of the Destination City, Winner will receive parking fees and $50 in gas reimbursement in lieu of airfare and no additional prize will be awarded), two (2) consecutive nights accommodations (one [1] standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor (based on hotel availability and the “walk-on role” for the Winner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $1,750, (specific value will be determined by city of origination and destination and market conditions on dates of travel booking). NOTE: all meals, incidentals, ground transfers, gratuities, telephone calls, all personal expenses incurred by the Winner and his or her guest during their stay and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner and his or her travel companion. Hotel accommodations consist of room and room tax charges only.  Winner and his or her travel companion must travel on the identical itinerary on dates selected by Sponsor. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport.  Once travel commences, no stopovers are permitted; if stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. All travel elements are subject to availability.  Other travel restrictions may apply.  Winner and his or her travel companion will be required to provide appropriate Federal, or state government issued photo identification at time of travel. Travel will not be eligible for frequent flyer points or miles.  Winner and his or her travel guest are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents and meeting other travel requirements.  No changes will be made to travel details once any portion of travel arrangements has been made, except at Sponsor's (or its designee’s) sole discretion.  Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor. Releasees are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Prize, and Releasees are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay.  Releasees will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of the Prize travel (as detailed below) without being accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian. If Winner is unable or unwilling to travel during those specific dates necessary to participate in the “walk-on role” portion of the prize, Winner will forfeit their prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be selected.

Winner’s appearance in the Film is subject to producer’s requirements and sole discretion, and, prior to participation in the film, Winner (or Winner’s parent or legal guardian if Winner is a minor in his or her legal jurisdiction of residency) may be required to sign producer’s full standard release and to submit to producer’s standard interview and screening process and any other required documentation. Releasees accept no responsibility for changes in Film production schedule or cancellation of production and cannot guarantee that if the Winner participates in the walk-on role portion of the prize, that the Winner’s walk-on role performance will be used or appear in the final edited version of Film or any media production. Winner will receive no compensation regardless of whether the walk-on role actually appears in the Film. Members of the Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Radio and Television Artists are ineligible for the walk-on portion of Prize and no additional prize element or value
will be substituted.

Trip is non-transferable and has no cash value.  An unclaimed and/or unused travel package will remain the property of Sponsor. 

The odds of winning the Prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received and is equal regardless of method of entry.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by r
eason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control.

Releasees shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carrier(s), hotel(s), or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Releasees shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to waive any claim for any such damages, whether or not accrued and whether or not known or suspected to exist in your favor against any Releasees for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages in respect of any claim under any theory of liability arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes or your participation therein.

GENERAL: Entrants and Winner’s travel companion agree to release and waive any claims they may have against Releasees for any and all injuries (including without limitation death or disability), claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including without limitation attorney’s fees) resulting from, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or element thereof, or participation or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award all prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at the Entry Site. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE (INCLUDING THE ENTRY SITE) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry on the Entry Site, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account entered. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

NOTE: Internet entry must be made by the entrant only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device or software to automate the entry process is prohibited.
